কুরিয়ার কর্তৃপক্ষ নির্ধারিত ঠিকানায় ডেলিভারির চেষ্টা করবে।

নিম্নোক্ত কারণে ডেলিভারি ব্যর্থ হলে:

✔ গ্রাহক অনুপস্থিত

✔ ভুল ঠিকানা

✔ ভুল ফোন নম্বর

✔ প্রবেশ সীমাবদ্ধ এলাকা

পুনরায় ডেলিভারির ক্ষেত্রে অতিরিক্ত চার্জ প্রযোজ্য হতে পারে।

📦 ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্য পরীক্ষা

গ্রাহকদের প্যাকেজ গ্রহণের পূর্বে পরীক্ষা করার পরামর্শ দেওয়া হচ্ছে।

নিম্নোক্ত বিষয় যাচাই করুন:

✔ প্যাকেজ ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত কি না

💰 ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি (COD) নীতি

যেসব অর্ডারে COD সুবিধা থাকবে:

নিম্নোক্ত কারণে একটি অর্ডার একাধিক অংশে ডেলিভারি হতে পারে:

নিম্নোক্ত কারণে ডেলিভারি বিলম্ব হতে পারে:

✔ ত্রুটিযুক্ত পণ্য

✔ ভুল পণ্য

✔ এক্সেসরিজবিহীন পণ্য
